APOTHECARY

The Apothecary offers an intimate and stylish venue, with it’s high ceilings, bookcases, ornamental fireplace and large beautiful bay window overlooking our amazing cedar tree. The Apothecary offers a chic retreat for a small and intimate ceremony.

THE MORNING ROOM

Overlooking the gardens at Caer Rhun and beyond, The Morning Room is a stunning venue with a large central open fireplace – the focus of the room, which adds to the charm and character.

THE GREAT HALL

At the heart of the house, this magnificent oak panelled hall with leaded windows overlooking the courtyard. Features also include a grand fireplace adding to a sense of grandeur, forming a unique backdrop for both your wedding breakfast and evening celebrations.

GARDEN PAVILION OR TIPI

For a wedding with a WOW factor why not hire a garden pavilion or tipi. We work with the very best marquee companies to offer you a venue which will bring a touch of magic to your big day and will also be the perfect venue for your evening celebrations.

GARDENS AND GROUNDS

If you are looking for an outside ceremony, we have an abundance of locations within the gardens, but a ceremony under our magnificent cedar tree will be a hard spot to beat.

Caer Rhun Hall works with a variety of wedding specialists who can assist with the big day, from stationary, venue dressing, photographers to florists.

ST MARY’S CHURCH CAER RHUN

Nestling quietly alongside the banks of the River Conwy, St. Mary’s offers an oasis of calm on a site that was once a bustling Roman fort. The building has a beautiful simplicity. St Mary’s Church is only a 5 minute walk from Caer Rhun Hall.

A DAY TO REMEMBER

Your exclusive use of Caer Rhun Hall will start from 12noon on the day of the wedding, until breakfast time the following morning.

• Exclusive use of the ground floor of Caer Rhun to include Entrance Hall, Apothecary, Lounge Bar, The Morning Room, Great Hall, Gardens and Grounds
• Complimentary use of one of the Master Suites for the night of the wedding
• An Experienced Team Member who will co-ordinate your special day and assist with suppliers
• Master of Ceremonies who will look after you on the day
• All tables, chairs, glassware, cutlery, crockery, white table linen and napkins, cake stand and cake knife, easel for your table plan in the main house
• Fresh flowers, tea lights and candles in our Entrance Hall
• Use of the outside gardens and terrace including cosy blankets for those cold evenings
• Personalised menus for your wedding tables

What Happens Next?

• Once you have viewed the house and decided on a date, this date can be held for 14 days with no obligation.
• During this time, we will send you a booking form, payment schedule and our terms and conditions for your perusal. It is important that you read through all the details before signing and returning these to us. If you have any queries, please contact us before completing your booking form.
• To confirm your date, please return your completed booking form and make payment of the booking fee, this will be a non-refundable deposit of £1500. Once received your wedding date will be confirmed.
• You must book your wedding ceremony through a registrar or your chosen church or chapel directly. It is important to make contact with them within the 14 day period. Contact the Conwy Registration Team on 01492 574000
•  We would like to highlight that all booking fees, balances and monies payable under our terms and conditions are non-refundable and we ask that you take out the appropriate wedding insurance and provide us with written confirmation that you have obtained such insurance.
• All payments must be made by BACS quoting your booking reference, unless we direct you otherwise in writing. Once payment has been received you will be issued with a payment confirmation.
