Can we have fireworks or lanterns?

Due to our rural location, surroundings and wildlife we are unable to allow fireworks or lanterns.

What time can wedding guests check-in?

Our check in time is from 3pm. A changing room can be provided prior to check in on request if this is not included within your package.

What time is check-out for guests?

We ask all our guests to vacate their rooms by 11am

Dressing Caer Rhun?

As part of our commitment to you, our team will work with you and your suppliers to assist in dressing the venue should this be needed. Please ensure that you make specific arrangements with us.

Who sets up the tables on the wedding day?

Can we bring our own wine or other beverages?

We do not allow you to bring your own wine or beverages, however should you have anything specific in mind we can source this for you with advance notice.

Can we have confetti?

Only real, dried petals can be used at the venue.

What time does the entertainment and bar finish?

Your wedding must end by midnight, however guests who are staying overnight at Caer Rhun can continue to use the bar and charge drinks to their room account. We request that music is kept to a reasonable sound level.

What time is last orders?

Last orders are at 11.30pm, and the bar closes at midnight for cash sales. Any guests staying over can continue to use the bar and charge drinks to their room accounts, only if a valid pre-authorisation has been completed on check in.

Is there a taxi service available from Caer Rhun?

Guests should pre-book their own transportation as our rural location can make last minute arrangements difficult. Non-residents must have left Caer Rhun by 12.30am

What time is breakfast served?

Continental Breakfast is served from 7.30am - 10am midweek and 8am - 10.30am on the weekend.

Does Caer Rhun Hall have disabled facilities?

Caer Rhun offers easy access to the ground floor and we also have a ground floor easy access guestroom. Please note that this room is not located in the main house but is situated in the Annex located in the grounds of Caer Rhun.

Can my dog come to the ceremony and stay at Caer Rhun?

Yes, your dog is more than welcome to attend the ceremony, we have a number of rooms which are dog friendly. Please note that we do ask that you sign a disclaimer on check in and that your dog is not left unattended in the guest rooms.

Do you allow camper vans on site?

We don’t allow any guests to stay in any type of vehicle overnight. Please ask for the list of our recommended hotels, bed and breakfast and campsites.
